NICE Inform version 3.2 helps emergency communications centers and other operations enhance liability protection through its 24×7 continuous screen recordings, and its ability to synch telecommunicator screens with voice recordings. By doing so NICE Inform provides complete incident reconstruction.

NICE Inform is the world’s first full-spectrum Next Gen 9-1-1-ready solution, designed to help public safety and security command and control centers capture, consolidate and manage multimedia incident information, including audio, video, text and data. With the addition of 24×7 screen recording, centers can also capture and synchronize a telecommunicator’s computer-aided dispatch (CAD) screens with voice recordings and video, to retrace and confirm every action taken. This capability ensures a comprehensive record of how an incident was handled, should the center’s handling of a call come into question.

Emergency communication centers can also use complete incident reconstructions to manage quality of service. Emergency telecommunicators’ routines can be unpredictable, whether it’s handling difficult calls or any one of hundreds of possible scenarios. Telecommunicators also need to master CAD systems, telephone systems, radio systems, various databases, and more. Using the screen recording capability of NICE Inform version 3.2, it’s possible to review and evaluate a telecommunicator’s complete handling of a call from various dimensions and angles.
