NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Akorri Networks, Inc., a privately held company headquartered in Littleton, Massachusetts, in an all-cash transaction.

The acquisition is expected to close early in NetApp’s fourth fiscal quarter, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The terms of the deal are not being disclosed at this time.
