Check Point Wins 2010 Award for Best Web Support Site

Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. was announced a winner of “The Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2010” by The Association of Support Professionals (ASP), an organization that focused on excellence in online service and customer support. Check Point’s Support Center incorporates several new features, including: user forums, collaboration tools and live connectivity for real-time support to provide faster and better support to customers and partners in the Check Point community.
“Now in its thirteenth year, the ASP’s ‘Best Support Sites’ awards are selected by a panel of judges with expertise in Web support design and implementation. The judges were especially impressed by how well Check Point integrated a very rich set of support features and deep content,” said Jeffrey Tarter, executive director of the Association of Support Professionals. “The site holds a huge volume of information, but it feels remarkably easy to navigate.”

Check Point security solutions and support services ensure customers have 24/7 access to the critical resources they need to keep their organizations protected.

“Recent developments within Check Point’s Support Center have significantly improved customer satisfaction rates compared to traditional support tools. Our Live Chat and Remote Access features have shown an excellent market acceptance with a 300 percent overall increase in use during the past 18 months,” said Ofer Wolf, vice president of technical services at Check Point Software. “We are honored to be recognized by the ASP for our leading web support capabilities and remain committed to developing new security initiatives and support services that focus on real customer needs.”
