CeBIT 2011: Siemens Enterprise Communications maintains leading position within the UCC solutions and services field

Siemens Enterprise Communications (SEN) is set to make a further appearance with its own stand at CeBIT 2011, the world’s largest IT trade fair. The stand will again be centrally located in Hall 13. Additionally, Siemens Enterprise Communications will be substantially focusing the special exhibitions Broadband World and Cloud Computing World of the inter-trade organisation BITKOM.

Being the specialist in corporate communications, Siemens Enterprise Communications affirms its top international ranking with innovations in the areas of unified communications collaboration, mobility, social media and the corresponding professional and managed services. Moreover, the company will present the new fields of application and advancements in its established OpenScape technology. Siemens Enterprise Communications will also bring further topics such as security integration and contact centres as well as solutions for secure networks from Enterasys to life at CeBIT 2011.

A special highlight of this year’s appearance: Hamid Akhavan, CEO of Siemens Enterprise Communications, will hold a keynote speech for the CeBIT 2011 Global Conferences at 10:15 a.m. on 2 March 2011. Under the title ‘Five Megatrends Shaping Enterprise Communication and Collaboration’ he discusses and demonstrates the game-changers that underpin the next generation of enterprise networks and unified communications including the path to their implementation. He outlines how the five megatrends are reshaping enterprise acquisition and deployment options as well as collaboration experiences.

Almost at the same time Siemens Enterprise Communications shows a strong presence in the North American market by taking part in the tradeshow Enterprise Connect (formerly VoiceCon) in Orlando, USA.
